Vengeance Games Ltd. is an independent, non-profit fan-operated preservation project not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party publisher, developer, or intellectual-property holder. All trademarks and game assets referenced within this service remain the exclusive property of their respective owners.

The following Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern all use of the applications, content, activities, and services ("Services") provided by Vengeance Games Ltd.. By accessing or using any part of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use these Services. Individuals between thirteen (13) and seventeen (17) may access the Services only with verifiable parental or legal guardian consent. Users under thirteen (13) are strictly prohibited from using the Services.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You shall not use the Services for any commercial purpose, nor attempt to circumvent or interfere with any security-related features.

You have no ownership rights in your account, characters, virtual items, or any virtual property. All virtual assets remain the property of Vengeance Games Ltd., have no real-world monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for money, cryptocurrency, or external value. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, reset, or remove any accounts or in-game content at any time without prior notice or liability.

Any financial contribution constitutes a voluntary donation used strictly for server maintenance, hosting, and development. Donations do not constitute a purchase of goods or services. All donations are final and non-refundable. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute will result in a permanent ban of all associated accounts and IP addresses.

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vengeance Games Ltd. shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Services, including loss of account data, service interruptions, server closure, or unauthorised access to your account.

We may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your access at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Upon termination all rights granted under this Agreement immediately cease, with no claim to compensation or restitution.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vengeance Games Ltd., its operators, staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of third-party rights. The Services may contain links to third-party platforms; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

The interpretation and enforcement of these Terms are subject to the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the server infrastructure is physically located, excluding any conflict of law provisions.

We uphold intellectual property rights in compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and comparable international legislation. Rights holders may file a takedown notice that includes:

1. A description of the copyrighted work in question.
2. The precise URL or location where the allegedly infringing content is hosted on our servers.
3. A physical or electronic signature from an individual authorized to represent the copyright owner.

Notices that do not reference material stored under our direct control (for example, client-side files obtained from third-party sources) may be deemed invalid.

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
